A tankless water heater gives you hot water on demand, but in Las Vegas it needs the right size, the right gas supply and venting, and regular descaling. Las Vegas Water Experts installs, repairs and maintains tankless water heaters across Las Vegas and Henderson. We’re family owned and operated, owner Jason Miller brings 24+ years of plumbing experience, and we answer 24/7 at 702-577-5505.
Tankless Installation
We size the unit to how many fixtures your home runs at once and how much the incoming water has to be heated, then install it to code. Many switches from a tank need a larger gas line, new venting or a new electrical circuit. We check all of that first, and we’ll tell you plainly if a tank is the better fit for your home.
Gas Lines, Venting and Permits
Gas tankless units usually need more gas than a tank heater, and they need venting rated for the unit. We handle gas line upsizing, venting and the required permits, so the install is safe and passes inspection.
Tankless Repair
Error codes, lukewarm water, hot and cold swings, or a unit that shuts off mid-shower? We diagnose the cause, from scale on the heat exchanger to ignition, flow sensor and venting problems, and repair it when a repair makes sense.
Flushing and Descaling for Las Vegas Hard Water
Las Vegas water is hard, and scale builds up on a tankless unit’s heat exchanger, cutting efficiency and triggering errors. A regular flush and descale keeps it running well. A water softener or filtration system upstream slows that buildup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a tankless water heater worth it in Las Vegas?
For many homes, yes: endless hot water and less standby energy use. It depends on your gas supply, venting and how your household uses hot water, and we’ll walk you through it.
How often should a tankless unit be descaled?
With Las Vegas hard water, we generally recommend a flush about once a year, or more often without a softener.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. We’re licensed, bonded and insured (Nevada contractor license 0095727, C-1D Plumbing) and pull the permits the job needs.
Is there a Southwest Gas rebate for tankless water heaters?
Southwest Gas currently lists a $175 rebate in Nevada for a qualifying whole-home natural gas tankless water heater: an ENERGY STAR certified unit with a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) above 0.90. Rebate programs can change or end without notice, and funds are first-come, first-served, so check the current terms on the Southwest Gas rebate page before you buy, and keep your invoice and model number for the application. We can help you choose a qualifying unit.
